Of all the 'trials and tribulations' getting your printer to do what it should, must be the most frustrating. Sorting out the brightness and colours in the first place to try and get what you see on the monitor onto the paper. Then going onto different sorts of papers and trying them out.
I've spent several hours recently, persuading my A3+ printer to load canvas roll paper - I found a couple of useful bits on the web, like taping a leading edge of photo paper onto the roll, as the canvas is too soft for the printer to pick up. Next sorting out the setting in PS for banner printing etc etc.
A friend wanted a large canvas print of the 4 swans flying and getting it sorted and done has given no end of problems.
....but I've done it (Ok sort of Tony) so I'm quite pleased with myself. :-)
